Return & Exchange Policy

I do not offer exchanges or refunds as every item is made to order.

 

Failed delivery/ Incomplete address returns 

For returned orders due to failed delivery or incomplete address entered, the postal service will return the package back to me and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. 

  

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact help@fictionalthreads.com to arrange a refund or exchange. Emails will be answered within 2-3 days or 3-4 days if email was received during weekend/ holiday hours.
