FAQ Return & Refund Policy
Do you do returns or refunds?
Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please double-check all sizing and product details before purchasing. However, if your item arrives damages, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@fictionalthreads.com to arrange a refund or replacement. Emails will be answered within 2-3 business days or 3-4 days if email was received during weekend/ holiday hours.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact me within 2 days at support@fictionalthreads.com with photos and your order number so I can help resolve it quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the fulfillment process begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
