Why is the website closed?
My site is currently down for a little reconstruction. I’m making updates and prepping for a comeback launch with new designs, a fresh look, and better everything.
Sometimes the shop is closed just so I can catch up on orders and make sure everything gets out smoothly 🧵 Thanks for your patience — I promise it’s worth the wait :)
When will my order ship?
All items are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks after purchase.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes are only allowed within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact me via Instagram @fictional.threads or email support@fictionalthreads.com with your order number.
What does 'made to order' mean?
Each item is custom embroidered after you place your order. I purchase the blank garment, then embroider it just for you.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Georgia, USA.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
If your tracking says 'shipment created', it means your label was made but hasn't been scanned in yet. It will update once it's accepted by the postal service.
What does 'acceptance pending' mean on my tracking?
It means your package was dropped off and is waiting to be officially scanned in by the post office.
How can I change my shipping address?
Contact me via Instagram @fictional.threads or email support@fictionalthreads.com ASAP with your order number and new full address. Changes aren't guaranteed once shipping begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to select countries. If checkout doesn’t work for you, message me on Instagram or email me and I’ll help out.
Why was my package returned to sender?
Returns usually happen due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Please double-check your info before ordering.
What if my package gets returned?
U.S. orders returned to me can be reshipped at your expense. International orders may not be recoverable or refundable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact me within 2 days.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Email support@fictionalthreads.com within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number to arrange a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After that, your order begins processing and cannot be canceled.
